Neo Geo Emulation

So I've probably done something I shouldn't, I've added Neo Geo emulation. That said it's not complete yet (no sound, some gfx bugs) but still, not too bad for 4 days work.





I really like this system. I didn't own the console but like many, played many a game at the arcade. It won't be in v0.911 because I need to add all the games and I thought Tommy could do that when he gets back from holiday. Also, makes v1.0 worth waiting for.

Not much more to do for v0.911 thankfully.
