Room of reflecting televisions

So unlike the last version (v0.960) which took 3 months to release, a minor release before I start work on v1.0 is going to be out next week! Wooooo! Let's see first if I can keep that short release date promise. :)

What we have here is some changes to the interface. What we are doing now is basically getting rid of the old "GAME MENU" (the thing which popped up when you pressed escape during a game) and replacing it with the game select screen, as shown in the image.

Tommy had a good idea that we should add a television to this area so we could do some cool things with it. Firstly to show that a game is running, and also to allow quick browsing and other such things. You can now also click on the console to start up a game you have selected, and if you haven't selected a game you will just get a snowy TV screen. Click the console again, and the screen goes blank.

Double clicking the TV will make it fullscreen like you are used to. Also double clicking a game in the list will automatically start it fullscreen.

However the main feature being added to v0.970 is a cheat finder! Yeah, now all you geeks that love treasure hunting can go searching in a sophisticated cheat finder. I'm modelling it mostly on ArtMoney since I like that program a lot. More on that soon over the coming days.

One question I have is how will you raise and lower the volume?

Placement of the controls is still being worked out. The game options will be added somewhere too... just haven't figured out where yet. ;)
