So wow what a release v0.500B was. The most downloaded, the most liked, the least complained about! Well it sure is a change not having to worry about bug reports for once.
Firstly let me state welcome to the new users. We have had like a 50% jump in membership in less than 5 days. The youtube videos have also reached 11000 views now too, it's good to see people enjoying the videos I make.
So I have been working on the next version since the release. And it is something A LOT of people have demanded from me. "I'll never use RetroCopy unless...." it usually started. Well instead of telling people exactly what I've done instead I've uploaded a semi-cryptic picture that people can debate over. I'll simply say, it is a new system... but what is it?
On top of this news, sometime soon the online database will be going up, just as soon as the RetroCopy helpers and myself can coordinate. What is so important about this? Well I'm sure most of you are sick of not having real game covers in RetroCopy, and since our generation is also the laziest the only way to have it is automatic! So soon you'll be able to retrieve covers from the RetroCopy site straight to your hard drive. Provided you have an account of course (now you see the reason for the login panel).
Yes! Fun things are coming down the pipeline and very soon too. I'm not the type to declare something and make people wait. So don't enter hibernation yet, even if winter is about to start in your hemisphere.
