This would make me the happiest man alive!

Gameroom Editor:

*Import an empty room. OBJ file. Or the abilty to create the base room structure with Retrocopy.
*Click a wall to import a jpeg texture.
*Empty prefab gamerooms. Different base designs to choose from. (Arcade, Living room, etc.)
*Prefabricated objects library. Various gaming-related Objects that come with the RetroCopy install.
*Import objects into gameroom.
*Import video stand-ins for TVs that aren't emulating games. FLV format would work.
*TV placement.
*Poster placement. Different sizes Useful for creating custom signs.
*Select a poster and import a jpeg and it automatically appears on the poster.
*Magnetic object placement. To prevent floating objects.
*Export gameroom. Ex. "mygameroom.grm"
*Upload gameroom to Retrocopy.com and have other users rate, review, and download it.

I second to that!

I would like to make my gameroom more 80s retro looking.

Considering as of now I just ignore the gameroom as of now, If there was a gameroom editor I might acually want to use it, though your suggestion for FLV format videos and jpeg pictures is bad, I'd rather have avi's and gif's/png's supported.

Just examples, it would be ideal to have support for as many formats as possible. I suggested FLV because it would be easy to integrate youtube videos.

Everyone is free to add their own suggestions.

I dream about few things:

I need few rooms, few windows and doors, ability to go another room :)

FLV will be almost impossible as I can't just tack on flash into RetroCopy. It's not exactly a good or open standard.

.AVI isn't a video codec but a container for video/sound, but using AVI with some decent codecs might be possible. I'll take a brief look at this after next version is out and see how time consuming it would be.

How about MP4/MKV/H.264?
