You'd think there would be more excitement about this app. I'm guessing there's not enough advertisements.

There is excitement from those that use it so maybe you are right. The amount of members seems to be growing quite well though, it took a while to get to 100 members but it went from 200->400 in just a few weeks. We've got to get people playing games that they've already played to death, so that is the next challenge now that the emulator base is getting quite good.

These things seem to take time, then out of nowhere it just explodes. So just keep at it Ralph, keep improving it and more people will see it eventually.

BTW I like the game logging!

I just don't want to wait an extremely long time just to find out it's been canceled.

hey! i was just wondering if there is a possibility of having the arcade cabinets look like how they used to or is there some sort of legal issue with that idea?

I was hoping to be able to import the hundreds of already modeled cabinets into RetroCopy.

It takes a bit of mangling to get a working TV model into RetroCopy, and then on top some extra work to make it compatible with the object system. It's not really going to be something anyone can do.

Unlike 3D Arcade there needs to be more info supplied with the models as there are more things going on with them in RetroCopy (lighting, speakers, and controls in the future).

I'll try and get as many in as possible though for variety reasons, and probably allow users to upload their own arcade pictures to get around any legal issues.
