What are you hoping to be in 2.0? As I said there's not really a way to import those models into RetroCopy unless you want to go without proper lighting and 3D sound (and eventually other things).

I hope we will eventually be able to build cabs and tvs from scratch in a later version of RC.

It's just that I hated to see all those 3d models go to waste.

That is something that could be possible, don't hold me to a deadline on it though. :)

You can already do it in a crude form in the existing editor I have.

Well they aren't necessarily going to waste, people can redo them if the original authors don't want to let them be used. It's a good resource to have if you ask me.
