Last night I tried retrocopy on my computer last night. it is a E-machine with ATI Radeon xpress. when I tried loading a game, it RC would close itself out. when it would not, it would be very,very slow. and would have a low response time. at the library it worked fine what is that my PC needs?

Several things might be a factor:

How old is the computer?
What operating system?
Are you running software in the background?
Do you have any Anti-virus scans running?

it's a windows XP Service pack 2
the computer is approxamatly three years
the only program that was running is the windows explorer after opening the program
and no virus scanner was running that I was aware of

I missing an newer OpenGL perhaps?

Have you the latest video drivers installed?

I was thinking of putting something into RetroCopy which allowed users to link their machine stats to help with issues like this.
