I heard of a bill today that if passed it will block websites with illegal content on it. Its called Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act, (COICA). Here is a link to some information: http://demandprogress.org/blacklist/ and i was just curious in what you guys think? I don't think it will pass but I will still keep my eye on it!

hmm well i hope so! Also websites will be blocked if there are copyrighted pictures so if a member has a picture that is copyrighted this could get blocked in the US, but more than likely it wont pass

All the use of screenshots and covers should in theory be covered by fair use laws. Wikipedia, gamespot, ign, etc, all have the same content. That's the thing with laws though, tomorrow a law could be put in that makes all emulators illegal, then what do you do?
