Can i upload Nes roms to Tretrocopy page?

I would like to know if I can upload Nes and Sega genesis games to the page Retrocopy .
On the page there is a section to download roms and I wanted to know if I can help upload roms to this page

Sega on my part, here almost completed database and screenshots.
