I also have the same problem. Game covers have never displayed, but screen shots do. I tried the power of 2 textures suggestion as well and it did not work for me either.

My system status is as follows.

Operating System: Windows 7 [2 x 64-bit cores]
CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P7450 @ 2.13GHz [2128MHZ]
RAM: 5.9GB [3.6GB free]
GPU: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family [VRAM: 2831] [Intel]
OpenGL: 2.1.0 - Build 8.15.10.1883
GPU Features: [Max Texture: 4096x4096] [Vertex Textures: 16] [Fragment Textures:0]
Input Initialized: 4ms latency
Audio Startup: Speakers and Dual Headphones (IDT High Definition Audio CODEC)
Audio Initialized: DirectSound - 2 Channel 48000Hz 16bits - 30ms HW (34ms) latency

Please help I am mission out on a cool feature of Retro Copy!

Are there any MIPMAP options in your drivers? Such as force on or off?

No, I don't see anything like that. Here is a screen shot of my 3D settings dialogue box:

I tried the two force texture compression options both together and separately but still nothing.

I have a suspicion it is a MIPMAPPING issue with the Intel opengl drivers (which are notoriously horrendous). I'll add a way to disable MIPMAPPING for the 3D stuff and I think this issue will be solved on that hardware. Try it out in v0.970. :)
