i already download the golden axe 3 game and want to play on the retrocopy but got this error instead "this cartirdge has been developed use outside. north and south amercia. hardware units for sale within this area".

I don't know what this mean but when I check on the "retrocopy database" golden axe 3 is playable with retrocopy.

can someone tell me how to resolve this problem or where to download a workable golden axe 3 files.

Right click the console and change to a european or japanese Mega Drive. Then you'll need to reset the game.

The reason you have to do this is the Mega Drive database RetroCopy uses doesn't contain information about which consoles the games can run on yet. When this information is added, it will automatically change to the correct console, provided you keep it on Auto. You can see this if you try a Master System, Game Gear or SG-1000 game.
