The reason why you don't see those steps is because we haven't added them yet. What you would have seen would only have been some guidelines that would explain how you are able to find and download games from the Internet... Some hints to get unexperienced emulator users started. In other words - you can't download games from this site, you need to download from other sites (you have to own the original games if you don't want to break the law).
