Seg Faults when ending game

decided to test retrocopy on my newly installed gentoo box, all seems well until you click close game

dmesg

[19270.301629] retrocopy64[11572]: segfault at 8b8 ip 0000003781af2349 sp 00007f0811387ae8 error 4 in libGL.so.290.10[3781ac4000+3c000]

steps i took

open retrocopy (x64)
instant play
select game (in this case - another world, which also had some graphic corruption)
play for 5 mins (although in further tests it makes no difference how long or short you wait before you do this)
press esc
select close game

retrocopy then crashes to file manager

specs

Kernel 3.1.6
Nvidia 290.10 drivers
Xorg 1.11.3
kde 4.7.4

It's a bit hard to look into an issue with 960 when 970 has changed so much. I guess I'll find out when the Linux testing begins on 970 whether this issue is solved or not. :)

when ever 0.9.70 drops i will test it out ;) if I'm still on Linux then
