Level Select
At the title screen, using controller 2, press UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT,UP+LEFT,UP+RIGHT,DOWN+RIGHT,DOWN+LEFT,DOWN x7,UP,UP+RIGHT,UP+RIGHT. If you do this correctly, you will now be able to select a value on the screen using the UP-button. These values represent starting points in the game. Press a button to start the game from the selected point. The values are:
0 = Chapter 1
1 = Chapter 1 Boss
2 = Chapter 2
3 = Chapter 2 Boss
4 = Chapter 3
5 = Chapter 3 Boss
6 = Chapter 4
7 = Chapter 4 Boss
8 = Chapter 5
9 = Chapter 5 Boss
A = Chapter 6
Unlimited Lives
At the title screen, press BUTTON1 to start the game. A red screen will appear showing the number of lives you have. When the screen goes blank, press and hold down RESET. Riki will walk across the top of the screen and die. After the game resets, let go of the RESET-button. When you start the game, you will have unlimited lives. (If this works, the background graphics in Chapter 1 will be garbled.)
Bonus level
When the ending message screen appears after defeating Wang in Chapter 6, press UP twenty times. This sends you to a secret level. (In Chapter 7, you will fight all the bosses again.)
USA
The most life-like karate game ever to meet the video screen. It's a post nuclear war setting. And the bad guys seem to be getting the best of things. You use your Black Belt standing to try to restore order to a chaotic world. In each round you must battle an entire enemy corps as well as its leader. And in each round the backgrounds - as well as your opponent's fighting styles - continue to change. Use everything the masters have taught you to stop the violence and restore peace.
