During the game, press BUTTON1+BUTTON2 to enter the map screen and press LEFT,BUTTON1,BUTTON2,BUTTON1,BUTTON2,DOWN,BUTTON2,UP. You will now see a cheat menu. The cursor will be out of alignment but it still works.

Já se passou algum tempo desde que Ecco derrotou Vortex, um perigoso monstro cujo único objetivo era dominar todos os seres vivos que habitavam as águas tranqüilas de Home Bay. Os dias hoje são de calmaria, mas isso pode mudar rapidamente... Nas mais remotas profundezas do oceano, correm rumores de que novos problemas estão prestes a surgir. Ao que tudo indica, a raça dos Vortex foi mantida pela Rainha Vortex, que se fortaleceu e criou um verdadeiro exército para iniciar um contra-ataque à colônia de Ecco. Junte-se a ele nesta incrível aventura, na qual ele irá viajar os mares de todos os tempos, enfrentando os mais perigosos inimigos, e tendo em suas mãos a mais importante das missões: evitar que a perversa Rainha extermine toda a população de Home Bay!!
