George Foreman's KO Boxing Trivia
This game uses the same game engine and much of the same music as the game "Heavyweight Champ", that was released the previous year in Europe (and two years before in the USA as "James 'Buster' Douglas Knockout Boxing". The graphics is different though, and you get to play as George Foreman.

Cheat mode
During the Speed Select screen, hold BUTTON2 and at the same time press the combination LEFT,RIGHT,LEFT. A letter T will appears at the upper right of the screen, confirming the code. Now, during the game, press PAUSE and use one of the following commands:
UP: You get nine super punches
DOWN: You recover life
LEFT: You finish the round
RIGHT: You win the match
BUTTON2: The match ends in a draw
