Aztec Adventure (SMS) Reviews and User Stories

Aztec Adventure is a decent game, and since I spent a lot of time playing it as a kid, it also has a special place in my heart. I was never able to finish it, though, as it gets quite hard once you get to level 5 or 6. (There are 10 levels in this game, so it's quite a long game.) And the bosses get more and more difficult, which is quite normal I guess. Unless that here there are several bosses on each stage. When I was a kid I thought that it was pretty cool that you could get helpers, but most of the time they're really not that helpful. And they get killed pretty fast. What really is helpful, are the ponds (or whatever they are), that can give you full life if you are willing to sacrifice a money bag (and if you're not willing to do that, you're a moron). I wonder who that woman who shows up then is. I guess I haven't really bothered to find out what this game is all about... I guess I better read the box text... Maybe she is some Aztec god? Anyway - good game, great music, and plenty of fun.

Show me the money! Man, this game is annoying. Thank God i did not waste money buying it. I rented this cartridge and all i can say about this game is that you will be bored in the first five minutes. The games is basically the same all the way.

And do not forget to throw money on some thiefs to buy their thrust. Yes, you throw money on thiefs to make them walk with you and help on your quest. When i rented the game i didn't knew that you coul "buy" friends, so i just ... killed them. Hey! They hurt you with their swords.

Now serious, this was one of the most boring game i had played on Master System. He can beat you. You just quit playing it. It's like Nuclear Creature. Just make no sense keep playing it. I don't know if this game has an end sequence, but if you stand to the challenge, it better be good.
